About the role
As Content & CRM Marketeer, you'll bring Wuunder's brand promises to life and ensure they reach the right person at the right time. You're not just creative, but also the driving force behind our lead nurturing. The content is B2B-focused and you'll conceive, create and distribute content that not only resonates with e-commerce businesses, logistics managers and decision-makers, but also activates them to take action.
Your work touches the full breadth of the marketing funnel: from awareness (blogs/socials) to engagement and conversion (email flows). You understand that downloading a whitepaper is only the first step; the real work towards lead conversion starts afterwards. You'll independently develop strategies to warm up leads, set up the email flows and write the compelling copy that converts readers into customers. You'll work closely with colleagues from marketing, sales, product and customer success. In this role, you'll report directly to the Manager Marketing & Sales.
Your responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
Developing and executing a content strategy.
Creating and managing our content calendar.
Creating diverse content formats: blogs, whitepapers, customer cases, infographics, videos and newsletters.
SEO/GEO optimisation and keyword research for maximum discoverability.
Communicating our brand identity: innovation, simplicity and sustainability.
CRM, E-mailmarketing & Automation
Strategy: You'll independently develop smart email strategies for different phases of the customer journey (e.g. lead nurturing, onboarding, re-activation or upsell).
Email Flows: You'll be responsible for setting up and building email flows and sequences in our marketing automation software.
Copywriting: You'll write engaging, personalised email copy that aligns with the specific needs of the recipient at that stage of the funnel.
Segmentation: You'll create smart customer selections in the CRM based on data and behaviour to make messages hyper-relevant.
Optimisation: You'll analyse open rates, click-through rates and conversions of your emails and continuously optimise them through A/B testing.
The perfect candidate
Experience: 3+ years' experience in a combination of content marketing and email marketing, preferably in a B2B environment (SaaS, e-commerce or logistics is a strong advantage).
CRM Experience: You have experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation tools (think HubSpot, FreshSales (which we use), Pipedrive, etc.). You're comfortable building workflows.
Copywriting: You write fluently and persuasively in Dutch and English. You can switch tone-of-voice between an inspiring blog and an action-driving sales email.
Tech & Tools: You're tech-savvy, enjoy discovering new tools and like experimenting with AI tools (such as Clay or ChatGPT) to make your work smarter.
Mindset: Used to working in a scale-up; you can work independently, see what needs doing and don't panic when not everything is documented in processes.
Team: Independent in execution, but a team player when coordinating with Sales and Product.
